Spendinel is a software tool that helps businesses track unpaid invoices and send automated payment reminders from their own email accounts.
Spendinel does not collect payments, provide debt collection services, or act as a legal agent.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the authority to use the Service on behalf of your business.
User Responsibilities
You agree that:
You will use the Service only for lawful business purposes
You have the right to contact recipients whose data you upload
The information you provide is accurate
You will not use the Service for harassment, spam, or unlawful collection activities
You are solely responsible for the content of emails sent through your connected inbox.
You may not use the Service to send unlawful, abusive, or deceptive communications, or to violate applicable email regulations.
Email Sending
Spendinel sends reminders from your own email account. You control:
Recipients
Timing
Tone (if configurable)
Whether reminders are active
You can pause or stop reminders at any time.
No Guarantee of Payment
Spendinel helps automate follow-ups but does not guarantee that invoices will be paid.
Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and any connected email services.
Data and Privacy
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Service Availability
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to maintain reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Spendinel shall not be liable for:
Loss of revenue or profits
Business interruption
Loss of data
Indirect or consequential damages
Use of the Service is at your own risk.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or use the Service unlawfully.
